If you are buying a new printer AVOID Samsung printers.

They do not have any warranty service here in the Valley and it took over 5 months for Samsung to repair or replace it. With 9 hours of phone calls, you would better spend your time with a company that honors their warranties.

They have been downgraded to a DO NOT PURCHASE.

BEST choices: HP, Canon or Epson.
