September 2007…

I had just finished two years in another industry and saw my computer business growing while I was handling it part time. Handling calls before and after the job in the other industry I realized that I needed to make the change and open PC-ASSIST/MAC-ASSIST as a full time business.

Around the 13th or the 14th, I took a trip to the Recorder’s office and got my FBN registered; picked up a business license for the city I was in at the time and even got a larger apartment that had one room for my office…and the entire place for my cats.

The growth was phenomenal and even today, my clients are still with me.

I now have a help-desk ticketing system with a client portal so you can see the progress of your jobs. There is also my blog which you can review articles about online safety, routers, and other relevant topics.
